Company: ai go links (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”)
Services: The website and backend service that allow authorized users to sign in
with Google, create short “go links,” and resolve those links (the “Services”). Optional third-party
browser extensions are separate products with their own terms and privacy policies.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and “you” means the organization.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Accounts and Google SSO
You must authenticate with Google SSO and keep your account secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. Use a secure encrypted connection if you need additional protection for transmissions.
3. Your Content and Go Links
When you create a go link, you provide content such as the destination URL and the link key. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a nonexclusive license to host, process, and display it to operate and improve the Services. We act as a passive conduit and will only access or disclose content as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to break the law, violate others’ rights, spam, introduce malware, reverse engineer, scrape, misrepresent your identity, or otherwise abuse the Services. We may review, remove, or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.
5. Third Party Sites
Links may lead to third party sites. We are not responsible for those sites or their policies.
6. Our IP and License To You
We and our licensors own the Services and associated content. We grant you a limited, revocable, non sublicensable license to use the Services as intended and in accordance with these Terms. Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services. Our trademarks and logos may not be used without our consent.
7. Enforcement and Service Operation
We use commercially reasonable security standards for facilities used to store and process your content. We may remove or modify content and may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred US dollars (100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you agree to the changes.
13. Dispute Resolution
You and Company agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and not as a class action or similar proceeding. You waive jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Exclusive venue lies in the courts located in New York, USA.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect,
why we collect it, and how we use and share it for our simple go link service.
1. What We Collect
Account and SSO Information
When you sign in with Google SSO, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and Google user ID that your organization or you allow via Google. We use this to authenticate you and operate your account.
Go Link Information
When you create a go link, we store the original destination URL, the short key, and timestamps. We may also collect basic usage metrics when links are resolved, such as total uses.
Usage and Log Information
We may collect IP address, user agent, device or browser type, and pages or endpoints accessed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
Browser Extensions
Go Redirect is an optional third-party extension, not an extension operated by us. Review its permissions and privacy policy before you install it. When an extension directs you to our service, we process that request in the same way as other visits and short-link requests.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies for authentication, session management, and keeping you signed in between visits. Marketing pages may use privacy-friendly analytics. We do not load the marketing analytics tracker on signed-in pages or send your signed-in page paths to that tracker.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to authenticate you, provide the Services, create and resolve go links, respond to support, monitor abuse and security, and improve functionality and reliability.
3. Sharing
- Service Providers: We share information with vendors who help us operate the Services under contract. They may not use your information for their own purposes.
- Legal, Safety, and Rights: We may access, preserve, and disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect Company, users, and the public.
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With Your Direction: We will share information when you instruct us to do so, for example when you share a link with colleagues.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Transparency and Your Choices
You can access or update certain account information by signing in. You may request account deactivation via support@aigolinks.com. For continuity, existing go links that you created for your organization may continue to function after deactivation.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Factors include the type and sensitivity of data, risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, and legal requirements.
6. Security
We use industry standard safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach occurs that compromises your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
7. International Transfers
If you access the Services from outside the country where our systems are located, your information may be transferred, stored, and processed in other countries that may have different data protection laws.
8. Enterprise Use
If your organization enables the Services, your admins may control access and may see organizational link metadata such as who created a link and when. User profile information like name and email may be visible to other users in your organization to facilitate collaboration.
9. Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a new version with an effective date. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you agree to the changes.
